Christmas food continues!!
Tonight it’s fried peach pies. I dehydrated the peaches this summer. Pastry has always been a struggle for me but I found a recipe in Hub’s great Aunt’s recipes. She was a legendary cook. AND ITS PERFECT! A little strange as it has an egg and vinegar in it, but it’s perfect!
