New streets

It's amazing how, even though you've loved in the same place for all of your life you can be taken by surprise.
This is looking down from Montrose Terrace to the top of Easter Road, right by where Casey's home made sweet shop used to be.
I was completely unaware of this flight of steps which are a shorter and more pleasant route than walking down the top section of Easter Road.
A lazy start to the morning, then it was full on. Got a lift up town then walked down to Easter Road then back up to John Lewis for a free coffee and scone followed by my Clarins massage. Most relaxing. Back home in time for tea and to try and sort out whether I had a Christmas present for everybody. Most of them seem sorted which is good, it's the additional birthdays which complicate things.
