Slieve Donard

Not Slieve Donard the mountain, but Slieve Donard the hotel!
This evening we went out for a Christmas meal, not to the Slieve Donard hotel but to the Burrendale, also in Newcastle. We went early so we could have a walk along the promenade and the high street and see all the Christmas lights. The car park is just beside the Slieve Donard hotel, and by the promenade. It was a lovely walk - but cold and very windy.
