Not quite the holidays - I'm working tomorrow but as I have no meetings I will do so from Pitlochry. 

It was the last day of my mediation course today: we each had to do a mediation with other participants role playing clients. I was surprisingly nervous but it went fine. Have really enjoyed the course and plan to look for opportunities to mediate as a volunteer to further develop skills.
