Jersey Black Butter...

I’ve seen this for sale here and there but never got around to buying any. But this morning I was around town and spotted some on one of the stalls set up for this evening’s late night shopping.
I’ve now tasted it and it’s delicious so I shall have some on my cheese and onion pasty that is warming in th3 oven right now.

Very pleasant swim this morning though I was lazy and only did 4 lengths.
