Cooking tonight!

What am I going to cook tonight, I wonder! That was my thought as I blipped this. Today, the large pineapples at the local supermarket were reduced to 8p each (that's approx. nothing if you don't know your pounds sterling!). So I ended up cooking Thai, with spicy salmon fillets and a stir-fry of celeriac, squash, brussel sprouts, carrot, spring onion, coconut milk, red curry paste, and sprinklings of deep-fried garlic and shallot - with the pineapple for afters.
