New cookbook

This is a dish from The Little Paris Cookbook which my daughter gave me for my birthday.
It is Poulet aux champignons avec une sauce au vin blanc. Very simple, and took 35 minutes from start to finish!
Tarragon was the finishing touch - my favourite herb this year !
