mega monday...not in my house!

so today is called mega monday, when online sales for christmas presents go off the scale, with the peak being tonight at 9.20pm!! well.....i've still not started my shopping yet! i thought about it, and then little pete took over my day!

we had a late night last night. kind of fell asleep with him as we watched magnum force, and before you know it, it's 1.45am! i put him to bed and then i'm off upstairs til 6am. hear him crying and i'm up.

nice not to be in the monday morning traffic. it's grim outside, foggy, gloomy, typical monday morning weather.

a good morning with pete and then off to vets with him for a check up. everything is fine. come afternoon, i feel whacked! not used to not doing much, so i must be starting to relax! nice lazy afternoon, fire made, pointless on the tele and dinner on.

took this picture earlier from my back garden, just as the sun was beginning to dip. not getting too much scope for any elaborate pics at the mo, so grabbed this one.

lazy afternoon rolls into lazy evening. pete sleepa alot, and sleeps alot on me! tomorrow, i think we will have a busy day. Jo and Matthew visiting in the morning and then i'm out in the afternoon for an hour or so. will see what the little man makes of that! now.....must make a start on that shopping!
