Nose Work with the Elves

Today has been all about Christmas. 

In the morning an old colleague came to visit us at work and wish us all a Happy Christmas - she brought cake too. 

At noon the staff met to have a delicious lunch together and wish each other a Happy Christmas. 

And then I went to the training hall and did some Nose Work searches and the odor was placed on one of the Elves! Gollum's nose is placed on the source of the odor. He is showing me exactly where it is. Clever boy!

Nose Work is a dog sport created to mimic professional detection dog tasks. The dogs must find a hidden target odor and alert the handler. 

Hero and Gollum also worked on their dog dancing routines. 

We had good training.
