Sun shine when I .....

..... left the pool!
This is what I saw at 10.00am as I was getting into the car. Water was soo cold in the pool but swim/ exercise had to be done!! After 50 minutes I was ready to get out. I'm back home now having a cuppa, I will need to see J for my back massage at 12.30pm then off to do the shop which I didn't get done yesterday.
The sun is shinning brightly at the moment hope it lasts to dry the roads/ pavements after last nights rain.

Grateful ..... for being able to get to the pool as last week I spent the day in hospital!!
