Thankfully, the German Market is back in town to add a bit of colour to the winter months. It's nowhere near like the Edinburgh (shooting-fish-in-a-barrel) Festival for interesting portraits, but it still makes a lovely change.

I told this subject that her elf ears looked great. She said I was the second photographer today to have said that, whereupon she gave me this rather theatrical pose. Actually, this was the second attempt as I messed up the first time.
