Low key Buddha

I got to work from home again today and this afternoon the sun came in just right to hit Buddha. Buddha is plastic so the light glowed through. 

This Saturday I'm doing a photo shoot for the daughter of the woman I did before. I'm going to try to practice lighting. I don't think portraiture is something I'll get really into so I don't want to spend much money but I am new enough to photography that I can't say what I'll be into in a year. I did buy a cord that lets me use the flash (that came free with a lens) off camera. I'm interested in playing with reflectors and the flash. I'd like to play with low key portraiture with her.
