Stop for red and go for green

After spending a morning in the office I was making my way towards Randolph Crescent when I noticed something strange about the traffic lights. I wasn't sure if I'd imagined it, so waited through a whole sequence until the red light showing at the end of the street turned to....red-and-green. The traffic hesitated but then surged forward. At the end of this it turned to red-and-amber and immediately back to red.
