Golden silhouette

I’ve just been putting away some shopping in the kitchen when I looked out the window and saw this lovely golden light as the sun was setting. Blip sorted!

Once outside I also brought the ‘brown bin’ in from the turning circle (where we have to leave it for the composting collection) and put out various bags of recycled stuff! So I’m feeling virtuous now.

Today is our day for great-granny, except she is off gallivanting (at 91 years old) so will not be available for collection (oh dear, that makes her sound like a parcel!) until after 5:30pm. Great-gran is very particular about her timing and likes to have ‘tea’ early, usually between 5:15-5:30pm, so I think we’re going to be in trouble tonight!

I think I’ll just send the Ards Man round to collect her... :)
