Egret in flight

There are quite a few egrets on the Wash but occasionally they venture into one particular field on my circuit.  This morning I made some sausage rolls.  The fridges were down in the Co-op so I had to make my own pastry and not be lazy.  Of course, they were made with proper Lincolnshire sausage meat from the village butcher!
