Merrilee’s 65th birthday

Been a busy-ish day and also Merrilee’s 65th birthday. I made a bigger version of this cake which I’d made for her surprise birthday party a few weeks ago.

A lovely dinner, organised by her darling husband, at our local Chinese restaurant with some of her closest dearest friends around to celebrate her.

She is a very dear friend and the extra shows us together, a picture I shall treasure forever.
