Book shop retreat

Backblip:
An email saying that the ferry this afternoon has been cancelled so we went back into Aberdeen and spent most of the day in Waterstones.  Mike had the remains of a huge book token he got when he retired from the Post Office and we managed to use that and more!  

We also bought a small electric fan heater.  Seeing as we are staying on a site with an electric hook up it makes perfect sense. We couldn't wait to get back to the site to try it!  A very cosy evening - no need to be wrapped up in blankets and coats, we sat and read and knit and enjoyed a glass or two of wine in perfect comfort!
