Used a different car park today and had to stop the car on the way out when I saw this. Looks like it is the back of one of the Banks down on the Quay. Most of the buildings in this area are Victorian and known as The Rows and were built East to West so that the easterly wind could blow away the smells and debris.

I will need to go back on a warmer day and investigate more !!
