Telephone exchange!!

In work at the moment and having spent the last hour on the phone arranging people to attend recruitment centres over the next few days I have 10 people and a very hot ear. Still better to be on my end of the phone than theirs. While I often moan about work I feel very lucky when I do recruitment that I have a job!!
