Platforms 20-23 open at last

This morning I went to Basildon, in Essex for a meeting. It’s somewhere I’d heard of, but never been. The town centre had a lot of closed down shops, which was a rather depressing and I hope regeneration is on its way.
Coming home through Waterloo, the construction work on what used to be the Euro train platforms, is finally complete. The concourse up to it is really long though so I imagine there’s going to be lots of 50yd dashes from now on.
