Came with friends. Watched two films - Frank Capra's It's a Wonderful Life and Three Identical Strangers in oldest working cinema in the U.K. Glass of red in hand and such civilized fellow spectators. Now home. BB has reminded me of the Advent reading. It was Psalm 72. Verse 17 says:

In Him all the nations will be blessed.

When he comes, no-one will be left out of the blessing; it will be for everyone.
