Man Down

It’s 5 years since we first played together, if I only knew a chord for each of those years ;)
What an excellent adventure it’s been, and hopefully will continue to be for many years. ( don’t worry Jamie is still with us, he just couldn’t make it this evening ).


We’ve managed to miss band practise for a few weeks so it was essential to get out for an hour this evening and knock a few songs about.

Alas Jamie could not make it, luckily Bill stepped up to vocal duties.

He was of course excellent, if you listen very carefully you will hear a low whirring, that’s Elvis spinning in his grave, spinning with jealousy of course.

We tried three songs this evening, one is great, one had a lot of words and the last one will probably never be played out, shame really as Bills vocal was epic ( see earlier Elvis comment ).

No more band until the new year, next gig at the end of Jan.
