Swans

One of my Dad's Marquetries.

Dad could be seen around Edinburgh & The Lothians recording the number rings on the swans. This information was passed on whereby the numbers cold be matched to release areas & where Dad had seen them & if they had paired up.

One of Dad's hobbies when he was younger was marquetry. It is small pieces of wood cut by hand to make a picture. I would love to be able to clean them as they are very very dusty & restore them.
