Brrrrr!

Woodpeckers  usually gets a lift to work from J., but texted  to say she was ill this morning. So I offered to drive her instead. I hadn't realised that it had been so frosty overnight so when I got out to the car at 8-10am I realised that the thick ice was going to take some time to clear. Helena realised and decided to walk to work instead as at least it was a clear and dry morning.

I gave up clearing the windscreen of ice and went to get my camera. This is a view of the car roof showing nature's wonderful patterns. A fractal delight.
