Better Late Than Never

This is the somewhat delayed preparation of the Annual Christmas Cake, usually made around September or October.

There was really no urgency as Mr Flum ate the last piece of the 2017 cake just yesterday. Because it takes so long to eat he commanded suggested that this year's was smaller, which necessitated vast expenditure on a new tin (though it did work well).

I guess I'll get round to the marzipan and icing at some future date...no hurry.
