Attingham Park Christmas

The House at Attingham Park in Shropshire has been decorated for a 1940s Christmas this year and it was a lovely visit around the property this morning with three of my teaching colleagues.  It was a beautiful morning and we enjoyed our wander around the house and some of the grounds.  This shot was taken in the Drawing Room.  

It was well worth the effort to get there, complicated by satnav confusion which took me down some beautiful little Shropshire lanes!

Still no voice,  Just the occasional eruption of sound...  Should make the Blipmeet on Wednesday at Baddesley Clinton interesting!
