Cook truffles like Jamie Oliver

Yummy and how easy!!!

Take 
2dl cream, warm it easily in the microwawe oven in a bowl
2 x 200bars of dark chocolate into pieces
25grams of butter
1-2 spoonfuls of whiskey or cognac

Mix all ingredients slowly with a spoon
Put into refridgerator for 1-2 hours.

Put hot water into a mug, warm a spoon there and roll small round pieces of chocolate truffles. Finally drop the truffle rolls into a raw cocoa top make a surface.

You make some 20-25 truffle rolls out of this amount of ingredients
