Spring in December

It was 60F today with bright sunshine and it's supposed to be the same all week.  It felt more like spring than almost winter.  I was driving to my niece's house for a haircut this morning and I spotted this hot air balloon floating in the blue sky.  I pulled over, grabbed my camera and put the window down.  I didn't even have to get out of the car. :-) 
 
When I got home Piper and I went for a walk with Thor and his mom and dad.  He still has a lot to learn about walking on the leash.  He was all over the place and when he got close enough to Piper, he jumped on her and tried to get her to play with him.  We all had a good time. :-)

Then I went out to get wrapping paper and ended up shopping for stocking stuffers.  I thought I might have time to catch up on Blip today but again, life got in the way, and now I'm too tired.  I will really try to make time this week to catch up with everyone.  In the meantime, as always, I really appreciate all your visits and comments and stars and hearts!!

I am grateful that I decided to take a walk on this beautiful day without stressing about things that I still have to do this week! :-)
