flying high

There’s something majestic watching any animal in its natural habitat. I love observing birds flying, catching the thermals, spiralling round with little apparent effort. The reality is that in order to make this look easy, the animal, in this case the bird, has to work hard, using years of knowledge and skills and a little bit of risk, to make it look simple.
Like life, those who make things look easy are often those who have worked the hardest. Nothing comes easy, we need to work hard to be successful, but unless that success is shared, then, in my view, it remains a work in progress. Selflessness should be the choice over selfishness.
