Carolsby Candlelight

It's the season for Carols by Candlelight at church. The church was pretty full at 4pm 6pm and 8pm. Each service uses 1000 candles, so as well as a choir of 50 a large team help to prepare, light, extinguish and finally remove the candles. All this gives a wonderful opportunity with songs, readings and talking to explain the true meaning of Christmas. "God became man and dwelt among us"
