Double Fungus

This morning I made a pot of barbecue pulled pork which will be the basis of my tea tonight (baked potato with it I think). I used the new InstantPot cooker - so it was cooked in 40 minutes (plus pressure up and cool down).

Then I went out with Finlay - it was hard work in the boot-sucking mud after all the rain yesterday. The sun was pleasant and it felt quite warm.

Found a new fungus location with several different species - so here I have created a montage of two of the better shots. I decided to give my new TZ90 one last chance before it is consigned to eBay (I haven’t used it for months as I don’t like the images it creates) - and it actually seems to have produced a couple of decent shots.These were close ups (5 cm for the lens) but I did take a couple of wider shots which seem to suffer from the same problems I had before. Now I’m in a quandary about getting rid of it.

Home for lunch and made a pot of mushroom soup - Mrs madwill has been poorly for a couple of days and couldn’t face anything solid and/or spicy to eat. Soup hit the spot…
