Archibald Simpson

Archibald Simpson was one of Aberdeen’s most famous architects who designed some of our grandest granite buildings. This blip is taken from inside the old Northern Bank at the east end of Union St which he designed. It’s now a rather grand pub which was absolutely mobbed this evening.
