The Sultan Centre

This is one of the fancier supermarkets here and an expat favourite because of its range of imported products. It also sells plants that are cheaper than some of the florists at fixed prices. So it made a nice Blip today. It’s also one of the few places with Christmas stuff.

A good gym session, getting stronger, and a bit of Christmas shopping. I also enjoyed a massage (at 30% off; the price that is.. it's a quiet time of the year so our Club gives good discounts). And prepared a training session I’m giving on Saturday morning, my first one. It’s external to a group of school teachers so should be fun.
