Healthy Happy Hour!

This afternoon Dave and I enjoyed being with a wonderful group of like minded health seeking people in a healthy holiday party. The combined weight loss in our group was 707 pounds. It was very inspiring to hear of the many testimonies of non-scale victories like increased energy, going off medicines and having good health. Dave and I even sang a remake of the song winter wonderland giving it a healthy twist for the season. Hope everyone enjoys a healthy Holiday!
