Christmas Cognac!

It rained wet grey horrible cold rain all day today. Mr F and our visitors walked Elvis, filled the bird feeders and brought in more logs while I made leek and potato soup, and tried to encourage Millie to eat her breakfast.
Then we visited our local vineyard where I took this photo of the Cognac display, and they tasted some cognacs.
Back at home, after some soup, cheese and mince pies, the three of them dressed in lots of layers and went off to rugby (Stade Rochelais v Bristol Bears) while I made a secret birthday cake for Chris, and watched Strictly.
