I took the leaves...

...off the previous bunch of roses.

I am pressing some. I used a couple of stems of leaves for the above gel plate prints. Basically these are backgrounds for future gel plate prints.

My favourite is the plain green on the middle of the bottom row. I probably won't do further work over it.

I also tried the old rose petals but they were not interesting enough..far right on bottom row.

Weather is wild, but I rested in bed all day...with Popeye who approves this kind of behaviour...but he wasn't too keen when I got up to try out a few gel prints...internet has been iffy...
