Silly Poor Ass

It’s been a busy day - shopping this morning when I managed to make a good dent into the Christmas shopping list, then rehearsals for my choir’s Christmas concert tonight. One of the items is John Gardner’s “Tomorrow shall be my dancing day” when the baby Jesus was laid in a manger “betwixt an ox and a SILLY poor ass”. So something silly for Silly Saturday!
