Driving home for Christmas

We didn't drive home, but to a Christmas buffé at Tvällen, deep inside the forest of Sweden. Less than five people live here, but the restaurant is very popular and it's known for it's meat from wild animals in the area. I tasted bear for the first time.
It took an hour to drive there and it was driving through a Christmas fairytale, thick frost and red houses.

Here comes the story of the haunted house, I wrote about yesterday:
Frammegården is considered one of the most haunted houses in Sweden and not all visitors dare stay beyond midnight. The farm has received an enormous upsurge thanks to the Youtube pair “Jocke and Jonna” who released a film on Youtube when they visited the haunted house.
The farm has been a haunt for ghost hunters since the 1950s. They have witnessed everything from knocking, steps and strange inexplicable sounds. Many who come to the farm experience a sense of uneasiness and say that they have seen objects move around without being able to explain why.

Many believe that the farm is haunted by the last owner of the farm and can attest to energies and strange inexplicable events.
Two children are said to have died of hunger and thirst when they were locked into the attic to then be buried in the cellar. A “death bed” is located in the room that is called the corpse room. It was a room were people were place whilst awaiting death and thereby take their last breath. It is here that most people say that they experience energies and paranormal activities in the house.
Place of execution for witches

There is a legend that says that the site on which Frammegården is situated would have been used as a place of execution during the witch hunts of the seventeenth century. According to myth, women who had been found guilty of witchcraft would have been beheaded or burned at the stake.
