Cycle track

Cycle track or parking spot? I can see how one could easily confuse the two, given they're sounding so very similar. In defense of the officers, who abandoned their motorized vehicle smack in the middle of a busy bike lane, I have to admit that the 5 (!) adjacent traffic lanes are obviously totally packed...
