Advent Candle

A drive in beautiful sunshine to my lovely friends in North Petherton, Somerset :)

We had a cuppa together before they got ready to prepare for a 'Pop Up Nativity' they were running at a local school.  Later a neighbour of theirs came to pick me up and take me to see it.

What a fabulous thing to do - they had invited children from the local school to come and dress up in a nativity costume - about 35 children, all very keen to dress up turned up with their parents :)

They had a fabulous narrator and the audience were invited to join in too.  We had various carols and drama exerts :)

After the Nativity, I was invited to dinner with a small group of my 'retired' friends, friends.  They were all very kind to me since they didn't know me :)

The blip is the advent candle my friends had on the table :)
