Our neighbours house is ill

It must be ill, this house... how could you otherwise explain these green ugly AND CONSTANTLY MOVING laser dots, that also reach our bedroom through a slit above the curtain rail.

I will enter this in the blipcommunity challenge with no expectation for even a honorable mention.
