Hermes

What a week. We booked two parcels to be sent via Hermes, one to Manchester and one to Swindon.

Fist of all they weren't collected until 2 days after the booked date,  then, when I complained, one was cancelled, AFTER the parcels had been collected, but I got mu money back.

Then the supposedly cancelled parcel was delivered, then the other parcel has been marked as delivered, but it hasn't been.

Dealing with customer services is a nightmare, so much so that 5 days after the parcel was supposedly delivered, we are no further on.
