Minions

I sat at my desk on and off all day so when I hung up from my last meeting, I had to get out for a walk, even though it was raining slightly. Salem was happy to go out the door but when she realized it was a neighborhood walk and she didn't get to go in the car, she put her foot down and refused to budge. So I went without her! 

I like walking through the neighborhood in the dark this time of year - the decorations are fun to take in. I love this scene with the Minions - they are cute. Although I understand that many people don't like them. I always thought they were kind of sweet.

The rain was very light and the air was crisp and cold so I quite enjoyed the walk. Husband is making beef spare ribs in the Instant Pot (one of Son's additions to our household) and I am now sipping a nice Zinfandel from a crystal goblet (I am trying not to save the good stuff for "special" occasions). We will probably watch another episode of Monty Dan this evening - all the regular shows seem to be on hiatus.
