Colorful...

...today's theme for abstract Thursday. Thank you Ingeborg for hosting.
No faffing about on this--it's right out of the camera--& I think everyone can guess where it came from. Just in case, I put a picture in the extras....Mae hugs it at least three times a day, and I finally wised up and sat with my phone ready so I could catch her in the act, as we all think it's so heartwarming to watch her crooning:  "I LOVE you" to it! :)) 
I got a lot accomplished already today, so all I have left on my "to do" list for Thursday is to make the dough for my grandmas' Christmas cookies----I leave it in the 'fridge overnight so the dough will be nice and stiff when I roll them out for cutting and baking tomorrow.  :))
