Frosty

Bitterly cold but also sunny. This is Edinburgh at its best. Shame the sun sets so early. Just before sunset we took the kids on a walk and ended up as so often in the cemetery. It is an interesting lesson in history but also very sad at times. Especially when the children ask questions about children's graves. The ones with the toys, sometimes the pictures. And yet it is probably quite a good way to tell them about life and death.
On the way back we walked past the "zebra" cafe and got nice things to eat with the hot drink.
Spent some of the evening choosing pictures for portfolio. Tomorrow evening edit and then hopefully a trip to the printers...quite daunting but also exciting.
