Alternative living in Rotterdam

I visited the Kijk-Kubus, the Cube houses in Rotterdam today. 
The houses have 3 floors and cost about 300 000 Euros.  Interesting layout inside with custom designed og built furniture, but a bit too steep stairs for my taste.
