Me and some of my school friends!

On Deal station!  
We left the house at 4:00 this morning.  Euston by 7:30 and Deal by 10:00!

We walked to the sea and found a great coffee shop! We were in Deal for the funeral of a very good friend Angela.  I first met her in primary school in Hampstead, in Juniors. We both went to the same secondary school, near Euston then our ways parted but we met up again for numerous lunches and dinners in London along with a number of other friends.  

It was a very beautiful mass with a choir.  And after we went to the wake in the town hall.  There were school photos up and some from her wedding and of course some with her two beloved horses.  It was very sad and yet wonderful to relate tales of days gone by!  

She loved cats so it was with surprise that a local cat who had never come into the church did so this morning for the first time.  The priest mentioned this at the start of his homily.  He obviously knew her well!

Angela will be missed so much.  May she rest in peace.
