Blowing in the wind

This is a rubbish shot of the first flower on my Canna which has flowered this week. It is being blown around but not so much as the race entrants for the Talisker Whisky Challenge that started in the Canaries this morning. I will be following all the boats but especially “Liberty of Essex” which is a crew of 4 girls, 3 of whom work in Exeter. They are currently in 5th place but they are only on the start today of a long 3,000 Nautical Mile row.
