Evidence of Jack Frost......

Last night we had our first frost in Ocala.  When the light was good enough to get a picture, the sun was nearly straight down the throat of lens .  With a shading hand over the lens, and one hand holding the camera and clicking away, these 2 pictures were acquired!    
     
The sun is on the roof, the  frost was melting  and the illusion of smoke rising was amazing!  There was a slight movement of air which was whafing the  evidence away.  It was rather magical to watch,  and extremely short lived.  The frost was thin and disappeared quickly.   You can see the roof that is underneath the shade of the large trees.....   as the sun rises in the sky it will attack those crystals, as well......
