Festive cheer

Chores this morning and Tai Chi in the afternoon. It was the last session before Christmas, and involved yummy chocolate gingers. An evening feverishly writing cards.

So far this year the festive spirit has totally eluded me (but the Hellebore in the 'yard knows what time  of year it is), and it really doesn't seem like the "season to be jolly". All this Brexit b*****x chaos is perturbing enough. But as our government is caught up in that, and with Tory in-fighting, it seems that the hugely more important issue of climate change has been put on a 'back burner' somewhere. Maybe I should just avoid the news altogether...
